Imagine a neighborhood full of energized mothers

Mothers who ooze presence & purpose

Mothers who revel in being supported

Mothers who relax into safety & belonging

They move in a way that effortlessly balances the needs of their entire family — starting with theirs

They are so confident that they don’t need to “uphold” boundaries — they are simply given the respect they deserve

They have dreams big & small — and effortlessly make them come to life

But we’re stuck in an outdated rhythm….

Separating from our children for 9 hour stretches

Spending our days on phones & computers

Compartmentalizing our identities dependent on our environment

Our minds, hearts & spirits are paying the price

The way we work IS the disease.

The disease every mother endures — doing it for their family — with a forced smile on her face.… saying “I’m fine”.

we should be able to choose our hard

Separating from our kids can feel hard

Staying at home can feel hard

Living paycheck to paycheck can feel hard

Being financially free can feel hard

Doing anything at the end of a spectrum will likely feel hard — especially after you do it for some time

The answer is a flexible way of living

But the systems we have in place are not flexible - we can’t be a professional one year and a mother the next.

Not without paying a substantial price.

I want us to be able to adjust what feels hard in our lives as and when we feel we need a change — without a high cost.

Creating a society that is flexible yet still stable within this is North Star.

Come with me as I travel towards it.
