Hi! I’m Kelly
I believe that any step is better than no step.
You'll learn something if you do the wrong thing.
But to learn, you have to do some thing.

Hi! I’m Kelly. And I've spent over 1,000 delicious hours coaching ambitious professionals to the next level in their career.
I’ve never worked with just anyone. I’ve selected clients who are need my magic specifically, and are ready to make the changes required of them right now.
That's the same impact I now create with my writing. They’re not just words. They’re words that help women already circling their own next level, become it.
I spent a decade inside companies everyone told me were the pinnacle of success (ahem, Uber & Snap) before I understood that climbing someone else's ladder isn't the same as building your own. Having successfully lived in the land of entrepreneurship for close to decade, I know what it looks like right before someone's ready to stop circling and actually move.
This is where my words find you. The opportune moment.
And, who am I, you ask? I’m a woman of extremes. Of ever changing dynamics. I’m intense, and chill. I’m intellectual, and creative. I’m chaotic, and structured. I’m a witch, and data-driven. I’m endlessly exploring, and keep coming back to the same obsessions.
I believe the path to change cannot be taught, only discovered. My own difficultly with change as an autistic individual is what has made me obsessed with making change feel as easy as possible, for both myself and other ambitious women.
My path to discovering this approach was long & winding. Astrology, reiki & human design rabbit holes were entered. F45, Soulcycle & Rocket Yoga became obsessions. 13 apartment swaps & 5 career pivots came to be in 10 years. If it didn’t work, I changed it. If it worked, I squeezed the heck out of that juice until it didn’t work any longer.
This personal journey, combined with my Process Engineering background, allowed an intuition to strike me walking a golf course with my 9 month old daughter strapped to my chest when we were living in Portugal in 2023. Womanhood. The only thing I’d always be — a woman. And the only thing I’d always need — a set of simple structures to help the changes I (and others) make, stick.
Because the only thing I know for sure, is that when our foundations are truly womanly — we begin to invite change in as often as we’d like.
