I enact change in these spaces as my way of supporting our children to have as abundant of a life as we have been blessed to have.

I am a childminder - allowing me to understand what being a front line worker really means, something many across all industries are unable to truly understand
As a consultant, I blend this varied yet deep experience for companies that are looking for a “fixer”. A fixer is that needle in the haystack type of hire, someone who can fill many disparate holes seemingly all at once. These holes tend to rear their ugly heads in the form of:

Assume a ballpark figure of £150/hr, but with an arrangement that is project or retainer based.
